Just wanted to share the template documentation I worked on.  The main thing
I want to try and get down early are the table of contents.  I quickly made
a toc just to get a feel for people may want, but we can work them out
better.  Also I wouldn't mind if some people worked on specific chapters
related to their red5 expertise.
