[Red5devs] Connection statistics available

Hi,

FYI: there are a few new methods on "IConnection" in the trunk to get
statistics from a connection to Red5:  "getReadBytes", "getWrittenBytes",
"getReadMessages", "getWrittenMessages" and "getDroppedMessages".

You can also measure the roundtrip time to a client by invoking "ping"
on the connection and retrieve the value later through "getLastPingTime".

After finally working _with_ Red5 for the past days :) I also have a few
suggestions for API enhancements which I will send later...
