[Red5devs] Does anyone know what I should look for to fix this?

BUILD FAILED
C:\Users\John\Documents\Red5\SVN\build.xml:104: Error running
C:\java_home\..\bin\javac compiler
new laptop, running vista rc1 (eclipse runs fine btw).  What should I be
looking for to fix this?
