[Red5devs] Ivy repositories

I've spoken with Thijs and we both got the same result using Ivy.  It took
forever to download the dependencies.
I like the idea of specifying our dependencies through an xml file and
having ivy setup the environment.  The only problem is the length of time it
takes for ivy to do so using some of these repos.  Thijs and I both believe
that we should place our dependencies in our repository where we have
control over the experience of the download.  Any thoughts?
