[Red5devs] Red5 0.7 Sprint

Cool Thijs. I feel confident that I can do a windows installer, but I
defer to Joachim if he's available.
What about the following. Who will do these? Who has done them in
the past? I don't think we should hold up the release just for these,
so we can add them at a later time.
