[Red5devs] Red5 0.7 Sprint

Hi Dominick,

I added the 'dist-archive' target in r2554 [1]. This creates  
Red5.tar.gz in the trunk. I'm now going to try to extend it with  
'dist-macosx' and 'dist-win' targets, that point to the external os- 
specific build files, maybe we can also add debian etc..
