[Red5devs] 0.7 - MP4 support

I've spoken to a few members of the team.  We all agree that we should  
move forward with 0.7 without MP4 support.  There are still some other  
issues that need to be worked on as well like the cpu spike issue, but  
they shouldn't be reasons to not release.   Plus 0.7 already has a  
list of features that the community can use right out of the box.  I  
would hope that we can have a 0.7.1 release shortly afterwards.
