[Red5devs] CPU Problems

Paul submitted a flex load tester app to trunk inside the swf sources.  
The problem is visible at around 50+ VOD requests at 1 second  
intervals. Have tested on Intel P4, AMD X2 and AMD Opteron. Ive  
noticed this problem for quite some time but the newer versions are  
much worse than an old copy I am running even though the old copy is  
still getting over 50%.
