[Red5devs] WEB-4: Setup red5tickets mailinglist

hi,

many open source projects have mailinglists that provide email  
notification for ticket changes. Red5 doesn't have such a list and I  
think it's a reason much of the activity in the jira bugbase goes  
unnoticed. Is it possible to setup such a mailinglist on osflash,  
something like red5tickets? I'll figure out how to fix it in Jira..
