[Red5devs] MP4 Test clip

The MP4 branch should be considered *unstable *for MP4 viewing as it is not
complete. I put the clip up for others just in case they want to help debug
(at a very low level); even though the clip is ez to find via Google. ;)
I'm working on the packetization of the video and audio at the moment and
its a real b!tc#... welcome to reverse-engineering.
