[Red5devs] 0.7 Tarball and installers

Yes thats fine, it still had some kinks and was still confusing
people. There will most definitely not be any confusement now. However
the only problem I may see is I cant run user count checks before the
register form view is displayed as i cannot see any overridable method
to change the view at will. So i think the register.html form is still
loadable and can add users, security hole ?
