[Red5devs] Red5 0.7 Sprint

VOD, we only have a small audience for live so that has been fine. We  
were sharing a machine with VOD which made live streams really bad but  
have made it dedicated now so its been fine. We use network storage  
maybe that has something to do with it not sure.
