[Red5devs] Red5 0.7 Sprint

Team:

I just spoke to Steven.  We are going to list the cpu spike issue in  
the release notes.  Lets run those tests and see what is needed to get  
them all passing.  Last, can Thijs and Joachim please stand up! ;)  We  
need to set some dates for releasing this baby!
