[Red5devs] New Red5 Team Member (VOTE)

Team:

I propose we add David Foley to the Red5 team.  David is currently working
on the Actionscript layer integration.  He has been working in an isolated
environment on Infrared5's repositories for some time.  He's delivered a
working AS1 integration layer which Chris and I demo'd up in Toronto FITC.
I believe this code deserves it's own branch in the Red5 repo so that we can
all analyze it and make it production safe.  So can I get votes from the
team on whether to give David Foley commit rights and add as a team member.
