Hi All,
I would be really grateful if anyone could answer some of my queries about
configuring red5 server.
Basically, I am planning to use Red5 server to record voice mails. I am
using a embedded flash object in a web browser to capture the user's voice
and then stream it into the red5 server. This stored flv file is then
converted to wav file using ffmpeg. Everything is working fine. The only
reason for my concern is the load capacity of Red5. I am expecting a load of
5000 messages/hour. If anyone have configured Red5 before, do you think that
we can configure Red5 for such a load. If so, how do we configure a server.
I haven't done any server side programming before and hence is not familiar
with the server configuring files. Please advise me on this.
Thanks in advance,
Arun George
