[Red5devs] Useful H.264 information

I'm not 100 percent sure yet, but the ruby code also has the handshaking
stuff in it so if I'm able to port over the H.264 stuff it should be a small
step to do the same for the handshaking stuff.

Interpreting the ruby code seems pretty easy having looked at all the  
code before.

I had a go but got stuck at generating the hmac and which  
implementation for generating the hmac worked, I believe there was  
also the nutting out of generating the server key on the fly, the  
logic has been nutted out already I believe in previous posted. Is the  
handshake required for mp4 ?
