[Red5devs] [PATCH] remove 'conf' from red5.jar

[mabrek]

red5.jar contains 'conf' folder. Startup script red5.sh explicitly places
'conf' into classpath, so it's useless to place it into jar.
patch to remove 'conf' from jar attached.
