[Red5devs] 99.9% CPU

I developed an Application. It behaves strange.

I use a client to run the stress test on the
application. The CPU will go up to 99.9% after
sometime. If I stop the stress test, the CPU is still
99.9%. If I began the stress test again, the Red5 and
application still work. Moreover, the CPU will go down
a little. If I stop the stress test, the CPU will go
up 99.9% again.

What cause this strange behavior?
