[Red5devs] Documentation build is broken

ahh, if you must please comment out the other references for now i have a
backup. those targets may be used again at a later stage im guessing when
the wiki exporter functions as expected. the idea would be to also generate
the docs in the auto build, by remotely exporting the reference manual into
a docbook xml file or some xml format and run the transformation to a
single/ multi html site and pdf. its much more cleaner and flexible this
way.
i dont remember but the javadoc uses a stylesheet inside the doc directory
somewhere for styling the output a bit cleaner than sunglass material
electric blue links etc.

the notion was to not go the editing docbook xml files way and to use the
wiki.
