[Red5devs] Admin webapp again

I guess they need to change to something like this in the properties files

svn.url=http://red5.googlecode.com/svn/snapshots/

svn.login=user

svn.password=thepass

Let me know which version of svnant is suppose to work with the current
build file because the build files need to be changed also otherwise to
remove the "failonerror"
