[Red5devs] Trac spammers come back to haunt us

We tried to delete this user's account but Confluence is lacking this  
feature (!!!) so we're now gonna upgrade Confluence and see if that  
will give us this essential option. If that doesn't solve it then  
we'll move away from Confluence to something like Trac. Personally I  
think Confluence is one of the worst wiki's I've ever used.
