[Red5devs] NetStream publish how to

Good morning,

It's my first mail to the list. I have a question and I am not sure if this
is the suitable forum to expose it. The question is the following:

Suppose we have a NetStream and we publish a stream. If there are no
subscribers to that stream, Is there any traffic between the publisher and
the Red5 server.
