[Red5devs] BW test code

Dan et all,
I have been implementing the bw test code you posted here:

http://www.red5tutorials.net/index.php/Code:Server_bandwidthdetection

It seems that a ton of the main java class you wrote is missing from the
main page... the history pages have it and so I was able to get it working.
I also tried to see if that code was already packaged with red5 but it
didn't seem like it was and so I just had to "roll my own" classes to
integrate it with my app. Is that the proper way to do it?
