[Red5devs] BW test code

Hi mate its available via the installer http://localhost:5080/ 
installer as "bwcheck". You will need to check it out to get the  
source code im afraid. It does upload testing aswell as download  
testing now. I am updating the official wiki now I have access i'm  
afraid so that is out of date.
