[Sandy] Sandy 2.0 second draft

Absolutely the best for the time being.

sandy\as2\trunk                  - contains the Sandy 1.2 for AS2 
version, that we may be able to use for a while.
sandy\as2\branches\2_0     - contains the Sandy 2.0 for AS2 version 
under violent development ;)

I also think that it would make sense to move the 
sandy\as2\trunk\examples\2_0
which seems to be examples for the 2.0 version to
sandy\as2\branches\2_0\examples

We better not mix the two branches.
