[screenweaver] SWCore and other languages

I was reading something about how several other languages would be able 
to make use of SWCore. I'm most interested in Python, as that's my 
language of choice, but also generally about this capability. Is it 
going to be possible to use SWCore with other, non-c++, code? How will 
this be enabled?

Very excited about the possibilities!
