There's a free command-line only version of VC++ 7 
(http://msdn.microsoft.com/visualc/vctoolkit2003/). Darron setup a 
"Building SW from the command line" page at the wiki 
(https://secure.sourcesecure.co.uk/trac/osflash/screenweaver/wiki/SwThree/CommandLineBuild) 
but that was for the 'old' VC++ 6 codebase. Perhaps he can help you out 
getting it to work with the current code-base.

Haven't looked into Flash uploading yet, but I guess the plugin will be 
using services from the host (IE, Netscape)
