[screenweaver] 3.1.0.0 update 'patch'

We've fixed quite a few bugs since 3.1.0.0 came out, but we aren't far 
enough to do a full new release. So for now we're releasing a little 
patch only:

To update version 3.1.0.0 to trunk revision 26, please download 
http://www.vanrijkom.org/sw3os/builder.rar 
<http://www.vanrijkom.org/sw3os/Screenweaver>. Place its contents in 
your root Screenweaver installation folder. Make sure Screenweaver is 
not running while you're copying. Press 'Yes' on any overwrite warnings 
you get.
