[screenweaver] Wiki Update

We've been working on getting some more structure the Screenweaver OS 
project. There's a lot to be done ;). Here's what has changed:

The 'ToDo' page has been replaced by an overview of all Screenweaver 3 
sub-projects. The idea is that each sub-project will have one or two 
owners and a team of contributers. This should make it easier for you 
(and future contributors) to choose a sub-project you'd like to be part 
of   
   
A 'WhosWho' page 
(https://secure.sourcesecure.co.uk/trac/osflash/screenweaver/wiki/WhosWho) 
has been added. Please check if your credentials are correct. This 
should be helpfull in finding people's contact info and for looking up 
who is still 'free' (if you're a project owner).   
   
Meanwhile, quite a bit has happened in the code-base over the last few 
days. Romain has done some great work on the Flash API and I've been 
busy fixing some bugs and adding some first synchronous, external 
interface driven, features and re-routings, so somewhere tomorow I'll 
probably put a new patch online.
