Hi,

I'd like to contribute to the site design; if you decide on the technology,
I can create a CSS template and graphics.

As a blog, I've just installed b2evolution (open source, PHP+mySQL) on a
site and I like it so far, but I'm not sure
screenweaver.org<http://screenweaver.org>would need such a site; it'll
be hard to conceal that the site is really a
blog.
