OK guys.

I've worked 12 hours straight on it, drinking 4 large coffee cups in the
process. It's here. There's a complete site skeleton.
I still believe that since only 3-4 will edit the site which is made of 15
pages, even regular html and any editor will work. If we can take a wiki and
change it so that it looks like a regular site, it's fine too.

I made a print css for it so that the pages look good when printed.
Obviously not all styles are done, if you decide to go this route, I'll have
to make some styles for headings, side boxes, and so on. Tested with IE6,
Firefox and Opera, all on PC.
