[screenweaver] disable right click menu

Hello,

I was testing/trying/playing with SWOS and I had the idea to compile a 
projector with a totally disabled right click menu. First of all, I 
noticed the docs seem not to mention this possibility (btw, there's no 
swWindow.Menu entry in the docs extension I installed) but then I tried 
some solutions (for example, by passing null or false to 
swWindow.Menu.registerMenu). None of the solutions I tried worked and 
some of these game me fatal exception errors. The simple question is: 
which is the right way to disable the right click menu?
