I think Splash screens are soooooo 1998... ;-)

Well, it's not really a bug, depends on how you look at it.

Perhaps we can add the solution Muzak came up with to the docs, so 
people know that if they're using a Splash screen *and* they want 
immediate focus afterwards, they should add...

swApplication.setForegroundWindow(swWindow.getWindowId());

...to their launch script.

On the other hand, it does make sense that the app gains focus after 
showing the splash screen.
