[screenweaver] Wiki Update

Hi John,
 
Romain has done alot of work on the API recently. Please make sure you
get the latest API from SVN I just commited a bunch of fixes Romain
made. 
 
Right now I feel the API is stable for F7/F8 usage however before we can
have a final word on this it would be great to have something like a
unit test that verifies every function.
 
Romain has mentioned he is having problems getting the API to work with
MTASC. We chould use more research into this. 
 
On the API todo page find the AS2 Intrinsics library for the
Actionscript API. Romain emailed it to me but I haven't had the change
to test it:

This morning I'll begin work on the ActionScript API.

Before I start anything should I be concerned about what is being done
by other contributors?
