[screenweaver] OT: No Internet

It's kinda silent at the surface right now, but underneath a lot is 
cooking: Romain is doing some great work on the API's and component 
sets, Thomas is refactoring the SW builder, Muzak is working on the 
documentation, Martijn is doing GUI work and I'm working on the 
crossplatform SW4 engine.

It might be a little while before we start seeing actual results, but 
things are progressing.
