[screenweaver] New Patch available (fixes F8 issues)

Sweet!!
I was trying the /sw3debug options you mentioned but wasn't having any luck so far
(meaning: I was doing something wrong for sure).

Haven't set up MTASC with F8 classes yet, so can't test that right now.

I'll first give the new patch a try with Flash 8.

Please download the following patch:

Unpack the archive.
- Place Screenweaver Builder.dll in your root Screenweaver installation
folder (c:\program files\screenweaver os).
- Make sure Screenweaver is not running while you're copying.
- Press 'Yes' on any overwrite warnings you get.

Flash 8 introduces a new flag in the .swf files (localsecurity). The
engine was not looking for this, resulting in the blank screen. It was
trying to read the swf bg color from the localsecurity tag. I fixed this
and per Edwin suggestion made it smart to scan for the tag. This engine
should support F8 and F7 and mixes of the two.

Can somebody please test this with MTASC.

This patch updates the engine to version 3.1.0.1. From now on patches
will increment the last digit on the version. Point releases will
increment the second digit. Once we feel F8 support is solid we will
move to releasing a stable version 3.2.
