[screenweaver] New Patch available (fixes F8 issues)

Mine are 3.1.0.1
Getting the same results as Micha.
I can see components outline drawn (just rectangular shapes) on stage.
But that's about all I tried so far. Have just put some components on stage.
I don't mind looking into an installer for patches. Have used NSIS before allthough it's been a while.
