Edwin and I had a lot of fun debugging the V2 component set and F8 bugs.
Both are fixed now.
Please download the latest patch:

My apologies for releasing a broken version last Thursday. The .swf
movie I was testing against was not very complex, which resulted in my
thinking the F8 issue was fixed while it was not.

The problem with the v2 components stemmed from the new way we inject
the AS api. The injected API symbol's sprite ID was not unique causing
Flash to replace a symbol in the user movie and not firing initclip
events.
