[screenweaver] filters

Hi Martijn,

This works for me. Filters as well as Blendmodes should work.
I tested with the BevelFilter example in the Flash 8 help docs:

Please let us know if above works for you. If the code you are testing
breaks please send me a .fla and .swf that reproduces the behaviour.

are *not* drawn, not even with the latest patch?
