[screenweaver] Screenweaver 3 Eclipse - preferences

There doesn't appear to be an error log for it -- I had a rather messy 
Eclipse install so did one from scratch and am having the same issue. 
Just to clarify the downloaded files don't need to be placed in the 
eclipse directory or do they?
