[screenweaver] flashplayer issue with eclipse screenweaver tool

On setting window borderstyle to 'thin' your close button should be 
okay. Setting it to 'line' will supress display of the caption bar all 
together (since Bill Gates decided it should work like that). Having the 
editor reflect this behaviour is a 'to do'.
