I think you might be trying to open http://www.screenweaver.org/update
directly in your browser instead of with Eclipse's 'Install' dialog?
That would indeed give you a 404, since there's no 'index.html' there -
but only 'site.xml' which Eclipse will automatically look for.
http://www.screenweaver.org/update/SWE_0.9.0.zip should be downloaded
using your browser (for future releases we'll try to make them part of
the Eclipse install), and that download works okay when I just checked.
