[swfmill] use mtasc with swfmill

you can't integrate mtasc into swfmill, though. what the tutorial
explains is how to set up eclipse with the as2 plugin, flashout and
mtasc.

once you have set up eclipse and want to get started using swfmill,
i'd like to recommend this tutorial by Aral:
