i've fixed swfmill to correctly import the SWFs you sent me. you can get the latest prerelease from:
	http://iterative.org/swfmill/pre/swfmill-0.2.7.8-win32.zip
(assuming you use the windows binary)

note, however, that there might be further issues with swf import, so for your application (using swfmill to import flash-generated swfs automagically for "other people"), it might be a little early. that's why swfmill is still alpha :/

keep on sending swfs that dont import correctly, tho, so we can approach beta. the last weeks (0.2.7.x prereleases) saw a lot of improvement in the area (mostly thanks to rostislav's enflash swfs), so i'm quite optimistic.
