[swfmill] additional basic tags

Hi all,

I have been working with sounds lately and I found two tags which are 
not defined yet:

0x0E,  DefineSound
0x0F, StartSound

They can be found around page 140 of the Macromedia file format spec.

What is the best way to go about adding them to swfmill's markup 
language?   Is someone already working on them?   I am willing to work 
on this and submit code for your review if needed.
