[swfmill] Can't import & as a font glyph

	When trying to import the ampersand as a font glyph swfmill throws a 
xml parsing error.

MyFile.xml:10: parser error : xmlParseEntityRef: no name
         <font id="impact" import="assets/impact.ttf" 
glyphs="loading.TePusfBCSmpPtryiM&


	Is there a bug tracker I should file this with?
