[swfmill] getting a sound asset in to work with mtasc fromswfmill -FOUND PROBLEM

Ok, I've fixed it. I tested it with 56, 64, 128, 192 and 256 kbps MP3s.
I found another bug though. It seems joint stereo MP3s don't play at
all. I have no idea of how this could be fixed (without converting it
to normal stereo) so I'm leaving it as it is for now.
