there's no need. the ScriptLimits tag has no relation to any other contents of the SWF, thus it can be used simply by mixing ll into simple, see below.

yes. as long as there are no relations with regards to IDs, that should work fine. Specifically, including the ScriptLimits tag into a swfml-s "movie" should work just great.
