[swfmill] Put swf in library that does not appear automatically

Having tried each of your examples I cannot reproduce this issue. In
all cases for me there is nothing on the stage, and I have to use a
<place/> tag in the <frame/> tag to get the movie to appear.

Can you double-check and try again, and post a small set of example
files that we can use to replicate your bug.
