[swfmill] Put swf in library that does not appear automatically

That is useful to know - now I know it is not my mistake I'll try and
track it down. The swf was made using the Flash 8 IDE, and not made by
me. I'll experiment with other files and see if I can spot a pattern, or
at least find a small example.
